MAY

 

22nd Flat / Polework Clinic - A morning incorporating a variety of polework to improve rhythm

 

 

JUNE

2nd - Childrens Clinic - Jumping to gain confidence, riding related distances, to include a "top score Jumping" competition - £20

 

12th - XC Clinic- Elmwood Equestrian - A confidence boosting schooling session over a variety of fences. Two sessions one for Children over very small fences and one for those jumping bigger fences. 10am - 12pm and 12;30pm to 2.30pm Price to be confirmed

 

25th Arena Craft for Children - A fun morning riding a dressage test correctly, learning tops to impress the judges, there will be a prize for the best ridden test - £20

 

JULY

3rd - Flatwork Clinic - Riding exercises and lateral work to improve engagement and help your horse become more responsive to the aids - £30

 

17th - Pole work and Jumping Clinic - Riding exercises over poles and fences to improve rhythm and balance - £30

 

28th - Childrens Competition - A fun morning to include a mini combined training competition - Ride a dressage test (Intro A or Prelim 7) and jump a small course of jumps - Dressage test on grass - Jumping in arena - Warm up on grass with tuition available. £20

Dressage rules -

All Dressage classes £9 entry - Entries close previous Saturday. Start times available Tuesday prior to event.Rosettes to 6th .

The sponsors, organisers, landlords or anyone acting on their behalf accept no liability whatsoever for ANY loss injury or damge to animal, property, person or vehicle, however caused. By entering this competition you are agreeing to these terms.

The organisers reserve the right to change class times or cancel the event if circumstances require.

BD approved hats must be worn at all times when mounted.

Correct riding dress must be worn in all classes. Plaiting is optional. Judges decision is final. NO DOGS ALLOWED

Horeses must be 4 years old or over.

Run under BD rules.

We will try and fit in any special requests (within reason) Please park sensibly and do not leave any mess on the show ground.

2016 Tuition Rates:

 

Private lesson – Flat work or Jumping in the school or grass arena

 

• 30 mins £20

• 1 hr £30

• 2 Sharing 1hr – £20 each

Group lessons (4-6 people) £50 per hour (min 1 hr)

XC Tuition - available at local Courses - Minimum 1 Hour - Group or Individual - Rates negotiable.
Reduced rates for Pony Club / Riding Club groups

Half day and full day clinics available on request covering Dressage/SJ/XC or all three disciplines.

 

All abilities catered for, flat and jumping.

 

All clinics £30 per horse / rider combination

Payment is at the time of booking

Clinics are limited to 5 per session

Enjoy tea / coffee and a chat with the group after your session

 

Terms & Conditions

• The organisers reserve the right to alter or cancel clinics where circumstances require

• Competitors take part at their own risk and the organisers accept no responsibility or liability for loss, damage or injury at any animals, competitors, spectators or any of their property however caused

• Third party public liability insurance (for horse & rider) is the minimum amount of cover visitors must hold when attending any event held at Manor Farm Stables 

• BHS aproved hats MUST be worn at all times when mounted

• No dogs are permitted at any event, without exception

• Cancellations by the client with less than 72 hrs notice will be charged in full unless the place booked can be filled 

• By booking this clinic, you are agreeing to the terms of booking

 

Claire is experienced working with young horses and horses in need of some fine tuning and re-schooling.

She is happy to provide a tailor made schooling programme for your horse in flatwork and jumping. 

 

EXERCISE RATES:

Schooling/ Jumping £20 per session

Hacking / Lungeing £10 per session
